DMCA Takedown Policy

SaveTik (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. This DMCA Takedown Policy outlines how copyright owners can notify us of alleged copyright infringements on our website.

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or made accessible on SaveTik in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may send us a written DMCA notice requesting the removal of the allegedly infringing material.

To be effective, your DMCA notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and enough information to help us locate it (e.g., URL)

  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

3. Removal of Allegedly Infringing Content

Once we receive a valid DMCA notice:

  • We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material

  • We may notify the user who posted or linked to the material

  • Repeat violations may result in permanent blocking or restrictions

4. Counter Notification (Optional)

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include:

  • Your signature (physical or electronic)

  • Identification of the removed material and its original location

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed in error

  • Your name, contact information, and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court

We will review the counter-notice and may restore the material if it is legally appropriate.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

SaveTik reserves the right to block or terminate access to users who repeatedly post or submit infringing content. We maintain a record of valid DMCA complaints and act accordingly to comply with the law.

6. Disclaimer

SaveTik does not host any TikTok content. Our tool allows users to download publicly accessible TikTok videos. All videos remain the property of their respective creators or rights holders. We do not endorse or encourage copyright infringement.
